Pursuant to the terms of the Merger Agreement, on May 3, 2023, Merger Sub merged with and into Prairie (the "Merger"), with Prairie surviving the Merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Issuer. Subsequent to the Merger, the name of the Issuer was changed from Creek Road Miners, Inc. to Prairie Operating Co.
