REPORT ON PAYMENTS TO GOVERNMENTS
GreenX Metals Limited ("GreenX" or "Company") and its controlled entities ("Group") provides information in accordance with DTR 4.3A of the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules in respect of payments made by the Company to governments for the year ended 30 June 2021 and 2020 and in compliance with The Reports on Payments to Governments Regulations and its amendment in 2015.
The following schedule details payments made to municipal and local Polish government entities, including the Czerwionka-Leszczyny and Zebrzydowice municipalities, by its wholly owned Polish subsidiary Karbonia S.A. ("Karbonia"), which holds the Debiensko project. Municipal and local Polish government entities are the only relevant parties to whom material payments have been made to.

Exchange Rates
In compliance with Polish reporting requirements, figures of the consolidated Report on Payments to Governments have been converted into PLN and EUR (from the Group's presentation currency) by applying the arithmetic average for the final day of each month for the reporting period, as published by the National Bank of Poland ("NBP"). These exchange rates were 2.8337 AUD:PLN and 4.5271 PLN:EUR for the twelve months ended 30 June 2021, and 2.6514 AUD:PLN and 4.3784 PLN:EUR for the twelve months ended 30 June 2020.
