Resignation of Director

Prairie Downs Metals Limited ( “Prairie” or “the Company” ) advises that Mr Alec Pismiris has resigned as a Non-Executive Director of the Company effective today.

The Board would like to express its appreciation to Mr Pismiris for the significant contribution he has made to the Company since his appointment in May 2006 and wish him every success in his future endeavours.
