GreenX Metals Limited (ASX: GRX) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of GreenX Metals Limited (‘GRX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of GRX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 14 July 2023 or when the announcement is released to the market.

GreenX Metals Limited (ASX:GRX) requests an immediate voluntary trading halt to the Company’s securities pending an announcement regarding a capital raising.
The Company requests that the trading halt remain until the earlier of an announcement to the market regarding the above or the opening of trade on ASX on 14 July 2023.
The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
