EXPIRY OF OPTIONS ISSUED UNDER EMPLOYEE SHARE OPTION PLAN

The directors of Prairie Downs Metals Limited (‘Prairie”) wish to advise that in accordance with the terms of options issued under the Prairie Employee Share Option Plan (“Plan”), 50,000 options exercisable at $0.65 each and expiring 01 December 2011 which were issued pursuant to the Plan have expired due to the resignation of an employee.
