Lodgement of Appendix 3X – Initial Directors’ Interest Notices

Perth-based emerging metallurgical coal producer ZYL Limited (ASX:ZYL) hereby lodges the Appendix 3X – Initial Directors’ Interest Notices for Mr Ian Benning and Mr Phillipe Lalieu ( Appendix 3X Notices ).

The Appendix 3X Notices have been lodged late due to an administrative oversight. The Company has put in place stringent procedures that will ensure timely lodgement of ASX Appendices pursuant to Listing Rule 3.19A.

The Company believes that the procedures in place are adequate to ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.19B.
