Change to Managing Director Employment Terms

Hawkstone Mining Limited (“ Hawkstone ”) (the “ Company ”) (ASX:HWK) advises a change to the material terms of the executive services agreement for Mr Paul Lloyd, Managing Director of Hawkstone.

Following the remuneration review conducted by the Board, the key employment terms for the Managing Director effective 1 January 2021 are:

• Role: Managing Director

• Term: Ongoing

• Total Fixed Remuneration: $300,000 per annum inclusive of superannuation

• Notice Period: 6 months’ notice by the Company or Managing Director
