ZYL LIMITED (ASX: ZYL) (SUBJECT TO DEED OF COMPANY ARRANGEMENT) ACN 008 820 223 (“the Company”)
I refer to the appointment of Jack James as Administrator of the Company on 8 January 2015 and the execution of the Deed of Company Arrangement on 19 February 2015.
The Deed Administrator of the Company wishes to advise that Mr Richard Pearce, Mr Shaun Hardcastle, and Ms Oonagh Malone have been appointed as Directors of the Company effective from 23 February 2015. Ms Malone has also been appointed as Company Secretary effective from 23 February 2015.
Additionally, in accordance with the Deed of Company Arrangement, Mr Stephen Woods and Mr Yuzheng Xie have been removed from their positions as Directors of the Company effective immediately. The Company takes this opportunity to thank them for their contribution and wish them well in the future.
