BOARD CHANGES
ZYL Limited (“ ZYL ” or the “ Company ”) ( ASX: ZYL ), the Perth-based emerging anthracite producer with key projects in development in South Africa, today announced that Mr Glenn Whiddon has agreed to join the Board as non-executive director effective 8[th] June 2012.
CEO, Ian Benning confirmed that “We are currently reviewing ZYL’s board structure to ensure we are equipped with an appropriate range and depth of skills to steer ZYL through its transition from explorer to developer and as part of this process it is expected that Mr Tarratt will move to an executive director role and a new Non-Executive Chairman will be appointed”.
“We welcome Glenn Whiddon to the Board; he brings considerable experience in the resources sector, and is joining us at a very exciting time in the Company’s development.”
