On 16 August 2021, Praemium Limited lodged an Appendix 3G to the ASX regarding the issue of 1,200,000 equity securities in ASX security code `PPSAO Performance Right Expiring Various Dates to Anthony Wamsteker (Equity Securities). This was incorrect as the Equity Securities had not been issued. Accordingly, the purpose of this Appendix 3H is to confirm the cessation of the Equity Securities.
