Appointment of General Manager, Australia

29 February 2016, Melbourne : Praemium Limited (ASX: PPS) is pleased to announce the appointment of Anna Itsiopoulos as General Manager, Australia.

This newly created role will be responsible for managing the operations of the Australian business, including the functions of sales, client services and operations of Australia’s core products, being V-Wrap’s portfolio administration software and Separately Managed Account (SMA) investment platform. The role is based in Melbourne and reports directly to CEO Michael Ohanessian.

Anna brings over 27 years of financial services industry experience, across insurance, retail and corporate superannuation, platforms and investments. Her career includes senior management positions at firms such as AVIVA, MLC and most recently as General Manager of Wealth Operations at NAB.

Commenting on the appointment, CEO Michael Ohanessian stated, “We are delighted to have Anna join our leadership team in Melbourne. Our Australian business has achieved significant growth in the last few years, and Anna’s wealth of experience will greatly assist in continuing our growth momentum.
