Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of Pradeep Metals Limited is scheduled to be held on Friday, February 03, 2023, inter alia to:

• i. consider, approve and take on record, Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the Quarter and Nine-Months ended 31[st] December, 2022; and

• ii. consider payment of interim dividend for the Financial Year 2022-23, and if declared, fix the record date for the same.

In Compliance with the provisions of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Amendment Regulations, 2018 and the Company’s internal code of conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by designated persons, the trading window closure period has commenced from December 31, 2022 and will end 48 hours after the results are made public on February 03, 2023.
