With reference to your Letter N o - L/SURV/ONL/PV/IJ/2021-2022/1069 dated 2 8th December, 2021 regarding clarification on price m ovement we hereby submit that the Company h as always disclosed, to the Stock Exchange, all th e material information, which has a bearing on the operations/ performance of the Company including all necessary disclosures in accordance w ith Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the “Listing Regulations”) within the stipula t ed time.

We hereby further submit that w e are not aware of the reason of significant m o vement in the price of our shares. The movement i n the share price is purely market driven and m a y be combination of various factors, including mar k et conditions. The management of the Co m pany is in no way connected with the movement in the price of the shares.

We would like to reiterate that the Company has always and will continue to adhere to the compliances required under the Listing Regulations and other applicable laws.
