Sub: Announcement under Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 for appointment of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer:

Pursuant to Regulation 30 Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the ‘Listing Regulations’) read with Sub-Clause 7 of Clause A of Part A of Schedule III of the Listing Regulations and other applicable regulations, if any, we wish to state that on the basis of recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the Company in its Meeting held on 9[th] November, 2021, has considered and approved appointment of Mr. Abhishek Joshi (ACS 64446) as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company with effect from December 1[st] , 2021 in place of Ms. Nivedita Nayak, outgoing Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company (resigned w.e.f. November 30[th] , 2021).

Further, the Board has authorized Mr. Joshi for determining materiality of an event or information and making disclosures to the Stock exchange under Regulation 30 of Listing Regulations. The Board of Directors has also appointed Mr. Abhishek Joshi, Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, as Compliance Officer under the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, with effect from 1[st] December, 2021.
