According to the applicable provisions of Italian law and the Company's by-laws, the executive roles of the Directors will be conferred by the Board in a meeting to be held in due course. At the same meeting the membership of each of the three committees of the Board namely, the Audit Committee, the Remuneration Committee and the Nomination Committee, will be also determined. An announcement will be published by the Company to keep shareholders duly and timely informed.
