Item 8.01 Other Events.

On September 17, 2021, PRA Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing that it priced an offering of $350.0 million aggregate principal amount of 5.00% senior notes due 2029, which was upsized by $50.0 million from $300.0 million, in a private transaction that is exempt from the registration requirements of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended. A copy of the press release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated in this Item 8.01 by reference.
