Section 7 - Regulation FD

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 18, 2021, PPL Corporation (the “Company”) announced that one of its subsidiaries entered into a binding agreement with National Grid Plc and one of its subsidiaries for the sale of PPL WPD Investments Limited, an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company (“WPD”). The completion of the WPD transaction was subject to various regulatory approvals and other conditions. All regulatory approvals have now been received and completion of the WPD transaction is expected to occur mid-June 2021.
