Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On December 5, 2012, members of senior management of PPL Corporation ("PPL" or the "Company") will be meeting with certain investors in Toronto, Ontario, Canada to discuss PPL's corporate strategy and general business outlook. At these meetings, it is expected that the Company will reaffirm its 2012 forecast range of earnings from ongoing operations of $2.30 to $2.40 per share and 2012 forecast range of reported earnings of $2.37 to $2.47 per share, reflecting special items recorded through the third quarter of 2012.
