Appendix 3Y: Colin Ryan

On 8 August 2011, PPK lodged Appendix 3z (Final Director's Interest Notice) for now former director, Colin Ryan.

Following an internal review of the interests held by the former director and a reconciliation of security holding balances, it became apparent that a quantity of shares and lapsing of options should have appeared previously in Appendix 3Y (Change of Directors Interest Notice) which is now attached for release.
