On 9 September 2009, the Company submitted for lodgement via the ASX On-Line Facility the enclosed* correspondence and Appendix 3Y for PPK Director, Mr Glenn Molloy.

It has since been discovered that the lodgement process did not conclude due to technical issues experienced by the Company on this day.
