RELEASE OF SHARES FROM ESCROW

PPK Group Limited (ASX Code: PPK) has today released 8,624,482 fully paid ordinary shares from escrow following a 24 month escrow period.

The shares were issued on 22 March 2019 to Australian Innovation Centre Pty Ltd as consideration for the acquisition of AIC Investment Corporation Pty Ltd.
