Re: Li-S Energy

PPK Group Limited (ASX Code: PPK) provides an update to the market in relation to the proposed listing of Li-S Energy Limited (LIS) and the allocation of shares pursuant to the LIS Prospectus dated 29 July 2021.

The LIS offer of securities opened on 2 August 2021 and closed on 13 August 2021. An indicative timetable was contained in the LIS Prospectus. LIS made application to ASX in accordance with the LIS Prospectus and is progressing the application with ASX. There remain a number of steps before ASX is in a position to confirm conditional listing approval which are understood to be procedural for listing. It is expected that these steps will be dealt with and conditional listing approval provided shortly. At that time a revised timetable will be provided and a further announcement regarding such will be made.
