PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of PPK Group Limited (‘PPK’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PPK, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 27 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) – Request for Trading Halt

Pursuant to Listing Rule 17.1, PPK Group Limited ( PPK ) requests a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange with respect to PPK's ordinary shares.

For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, PPK provides the following information:

• a) PPK is seeking a trading halt for the purpose of considering, planning and executing a capital raising;

• b) PPK requests that the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday 27 November, or the time that the Company makes an announcement about the proposed capital raising;

• c) The event that PPK expect to happen that will end the trading halt is an announcement about the proposed capital raising; and

• d) PPK is not aware if any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
