Completion of Placement – Tranche 1

Further to its announcement on 5 March 2014, PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) ( Company ) is pleased to confirm that it has completed the proposed placement of 3,285,320 fully paid ordinary shares ( Tranche 1 Placement Shares ) to professional or sophisticated investors at an issue price of 75 cents per share raising approximately $2.46 million.

The Tranche 1 Placement Shares rank equally in all respects with the Company's existing fully paid ordinary shares.

A cleansing notice in respect of the Tranche 1 Placement Shares has been lodged separately.
