Sale of Arndell Park Property Settled

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) has previously advised (ASX: 26/6/2014) that its Arndell Park property had been sold and is now pleased to confirm that the sale has settled. Funds from completion of the sale were utilised to reduce debt ($7.9M) and to increase cash reserves ($4.7M).
