APPOINTMENT OF GROUP CHIEF INFORMATION OFFICER AND GROUP CHIEF RISK OFFICER

PPK Group Limited (ASX Code: PPK) has appointed Marc Fenton to the positions of Group Chief Information Officer and Group Chief Risk Officer in recognition of PPK’s continued strategy towards delivering technology funding and commercialisation outcomes for University early stage technology and scientific research.

Marc has over 20 years’ experience in senior technology roles, predominantly with Rio Tinto and most recently as Head of Technology for an ASX listed company where his responsibilities included cyber security across a diverse set of locations. His roles have also included responsibility for ICT strategy, governance, budget management and importantly the use of technology as an enabler for business transformation. Prior to this, he worked for Deloitte Consulting across a range of industries and projects.
