APPOINTMENT OF GENERAL COUNSEL & COMPANY SECRETARY

PPK Group Limited (ASX Code: PPK) is pleased to advise that it has appointed Mr. Pat Rogers as General Counsel and Group Company Secretary.

Mr. Rogers has comprehensive skills and extensive experience in In-House legal function operations, governance, secretariat, risk management and general management and administration expertise.

Mr. Rogers has significant experience at senior management and executive levels developed over a 20 year career in private practice, large private company operations and ASX 200 administration.

Mr. Rogers holds a Bachelors of Law and Accounting from Queensland University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Governance Institute of Australia.

Executive Chairman of PPK Group, Mr. Robin Levison said: “I am very pleased to welcome Pat to the PPK Group and I am confident that his commercial and corporate experience will contribute to PPK and the broader group of companies in which PPK has become engaged through strategic investments and the application of new technology”.

Mr. Rogers replaces Mr. Andrew Cooke as Company Secretary. Mr. Cooke joined the PPK Group in 2012 and Mr. Levison and the Board acknowledge the service that he has provided and thank Andrew for the contribution that he has made over these years.
