Mr. Ray Beath retires as a Director

PPK Group Limited (PPK) advises that Mr. Ray Beath has elected to retire as a Director of the Company and its subsidiaries effective 7 March 2017.

Mr. Beath originally joined the Board in 1994 and has been a significant contributor to the Company for over 20 years.

The PPK Board of Directors thanks Ray for his commitment to PPK over many years and through the recent difficult times in the mining services industry and wishes him well for the future.
