Resignation of Chief Financial Officer Appointment of Interim Chief Financial Officer

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) announces that CFO Jason Beddow has resigned his position, effective 30 June 2017, to assume a role with another ASX listed company.

Ken Hostland has joined PPK as Interim CFO on a 6 month contract whilst the Board considers a permanent replacement. Ken joins PPK with 20 years’ experience as a CFO or Senior Finance Executive in publicly listed environments, previously holding roles in financial services, technology and mining sectors.

The PPK Board of Directors thank Jason Beddow for his commitment to PPK through the recent difficult times in the mining services industry and wishes him well for the future.
