RESIGNATION OF CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) announces that CEO Peter Barker has resigned his position, effective 28 February 2016, to assume a role with another ASX listed company.

Peter will continue to work on achieving completion of the PPK mining services division restructure prior to his departure at which time PPK Chairman, Robin Levison, will resume the role of Executive Chairman.

The PPK Board of Directors thanks Peter Barker for his commitment to PPK through the recent difficult times in the mining services industry and wishes him well for the future.
