Appointment of Peter Barker as Chief Financial Officer

PPK Group Ltd (PPK) today announced the appointment of Peter Barker as Chief Financial Officer of the Company.

Mr Barker brings extensive domestic and international experience to PPK. He has spent the past year in Hong Kong with a privately held technology group and prior to this was the CFO of Computershare Ltd from 2009 to 2013. He is a Fellow of CPA Australia and holds an MBA and B.Comm.

PPK Executive Chairman Robin Levison said "I am excited to have Peter join the PPK team. His experience, enthusiasm and down to earth approach will serve us well now and into the future. I am confident he will contribute to the profitable growth of PPK in many areas".

Mr Barker will be based in PPK's head office in Brisbane and will formally assume his responsibilities in the role on 1st July, 2014.
