PPK Group Limited announces the appointment of Andrew Cooke as Joint Company Secretary with effect from 9 May 2012.

Andrew and the current Company Secretary, Robert Nicholls, will act jointly to transition the Company Secretary function to Andrew in anticipation of Robert's intended resignation as Company Secretary on 8 July 2012.
