Appointment of Chairman & Confirmation of Dividend Record Date

PPK Group Limited (PPK) is pleased to announce the appointment by the directors of Mr Jury Wowk as Chairman with effect from today.

The Company also confirms the:

• declaration by the directors of a final dividend of 1.5 cents per a. share payable on 16 December 2011;
• Record Date for payment of the final dividend as 9 December $\blacksquare$ 2011; and
• Ex-Dividend Date in respect of this dividend will be 5 December 2011.
