Dear Sir/Madam

Retirement of Managing Director

PPK Group Limited advises that David Hoff has today retired as Managing Director, and as a director, of the Company.

Following the sale of the Company's packaging business and finalisation of all follow through matters in relation to same, there has been a reduction in the Company's activities and a significant change in the role now required to be undertaken in relation to the management of the Company's ongoing activities.

David Hoff will be retained, through Hoff Management Services, as a consultant (on a reduced requirements basis) and in that capacity will:

• manage the Company's investment properties;

• oversee the management of Rambor Pty Ltd; and

• work on special projects as directed by the Board, a number of which special projects are currently under consideration and/or negotiation.

Glenn Molloy will be appointed as an executive director and will oversee the day to day public company activities of PPK Group Limited and its ASX listed investments.

Pursuant to the terms of David Hoff's employment contract, a retirement benefit of $359,000.00 has been accrued over the past 5 years and has been paid to David Hoff in accordance with his contractual entitlements and in recognition of his services to the Company.
