Date of AGM and closing date for director nominations

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) advises that it will hold its 2025 Annual General Meeting as a fully virtual meeting as follows:

Date: Wednesday 26 November 2025 Time: 11:00 am (AEST)

The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Tuesday 7 October 2025.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2025 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.ppkgroup.com.au.
