Date of AGM and closing date for director nominations

PPK Group Limited (ASX: PPK) advises that it will hold its 2024 Annual General Meeting as a hybrid meeting as follows:

Date: Thursday 28 November 2024 Time: 11.00 am (AEDT)

The closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is Wednesday 9 October 2024.

Shareholders will be advised of further details regarding the 2024 Annual General Meeting in a separate Notice of Meeting. The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the ASX Market Announcements Platform and the Company’s website at www.ppkgroup.com.au.
