Total Voting Rights and Capital

In accordance with the Disclosure and Transparency rule 5.6.1, PPHE Hotel Group Limited is required to notify the market of the following:

At the close of business on the 31 May 2015, the Company had 43,804,948 ordinary shares in issue with 1,862,000 ordinary shares held in treasury. Each ordinary share carries a right to one vote and therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company was 41,942,948.

The above figures may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in the Company under the Disclosure Rules and Transparency Rules.
