The PPG Industries, Inc. annual meeting of shareholders is approximately one week away. According to our latest records, we have not received your voting instructions for the PPG Industries, Inc. annual meeting, to be held on April 21, 2022.

The PPG Board of Directors recommends that shareholders vote “FOR” the proposal to provide for the annual election of directors and “FOR” the proposal to replace the supermajority voting requirements.
