Public Power Corporation S.A. ("PPC") announces that in the context of its buyback programmefor the purchase of up to 38,200,000 of its own shares, for the period from 21.08.2025 until 27.08.2025, PPC purchased through transactions in the Athens Exchange,53,300Own Shares in total, as follows:

Considering the abovementioned purchases, PPC holds an aggregate of 18,066,472 shares issued by it, which correspond to 4.8925% of the Company's total shares.
Following corporate actions and transactions during the current buyback programme that have already been announced – and which do not change the maximum number of shares that PPC may purchase – the total number of shares issued by PPC that it may purchase until the termination or the conclusion of the current buyback programme amounts to 497,499.
