Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

PPC S.A. (PPC), in implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group, announces that, on 26.05.2026, said persons acquired common, registered, voting shares of PPC, due to their participation in its share capital increase in the context of the public offer in Greece as mentioned below:

• Mr. Christos – Stergios Glavanis, 7,000 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of €130,410.00
• Mr. Georgios Protopapas, 2,500 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of € 46,575.00
• Mr. Angelos Kasimis, 7,089 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of € 132,068.07
• Mr. Achilleas – Christos Ioakeimidis, 1,000 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of €18,630.00
• Mr. Omiros Vlachos, 4,500 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of € 83,835.00
• Mr. Dimitrios Dimitriadis, 4,581 PPC shares for an aggregate amount of € 85,344.03.
