PPC S.A. ("PPC") in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on October 14, 2025, Mr. Christos-Stergios Glavanis, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, proceeded with the purchase of 6,900 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 99,935.73.
