Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

PPC S.A. ("PPC") in implementation of the provisions of L. 3556/2007 as in force and of the Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and the Council, announces that, on September 4, 2025, Mr. Stergios Tsifotoudis, a person who discharges managerial responsibilities within the Group, proceeded with the purchase of 500 shares of PPC, for a total consideration of € 7,088.59.
