Announcement pursuant to Law 3556/2007

In implementation of the provisions of Law 3556/2007, as currently in force, and Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council, and following relevant notifications submitted by persons discharging managerial responsibilities within the Group as mentioned below, PPCSA ("PPC") announces the following:

• On September 2, 2025, Mr. Athanasios Mathiopoulosproceeded with the purchase of 2,158shares of PPC for a total consideration of €29,996.20
• On September 3, 2025 and on September 4, 2025, Mr. Konstantinos Kodellas proceeded with the purchase of 800 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 11,264.00and 700 shares of PPC for a total consideration of € 9,898.00,respectively
