PPA S.A.: TAX COMPLIANCE REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2024

16.12.2025. Piraeus Port Authority S.A. announces, in compliance with the provisions of the article 4.1.1. of the Athens Exchange Rulebook, that the Special Tax Audit for the fiscal year 2024, conducted by the statutory Certified Auditors of the Company, in accordance with Art. 78, L. 5104/2024, as in force, has been completed and a Tax Compliance Report with an unqualified opinion has been issued.
