AGM: Result of general meeting

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d., Ljubljana, announces the resolutions passed by the 40th general meeting held on Monday, 27 May 2024, starting at 13.00, in the Janus Hall of the Austria Trend Hotel, Dunajska 154, Ljubljana.

At today’s 40th general meeting, the shareholders adopted the proposal of the management and supervisory boards to use EUR 27,120,968.00 of the profits for dividends. The dividend is EUR 1.75 gross per share, payable on 12 June 2024 to shareholders of record on 11 June 2024.

The shareholders took note of the 2023 annual report, and the Company’s supervisory and management boards were granted discharge for 2023.

The general meeting approved the Directors’ Remuneration Report of Sava Re d.d. for the Financial Year 2023 and the Remuneration Policy for Members of Management and Supervisory Bodies of Sava Re d.d.

The Directors’ Remuneration Report and the Directors’ Remuneration Policy will be posted on the Company’s website for at least ten years from the date of this announcement.

No legal actions to challenge any general meeting resolutions were announced at the general meeting.
