Amendment to 2020 financial calendar

Pursuant to the rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange d.d. and applicable legislation, Sava Re d.d. makes the following announcement:

Sava Re d.d. informs the public that its 2020 financial calendar has been amended.

The amendment relates to the convocation of an additional general meeting of shareholders: the 37th general meeting of shareholders of Sava Re scheduled to take place on 16 November 2020 has been cancelled.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website, at www.sava-re.si, for at least five years from the date of this announcement.
