Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and relevant legislation, Sava Re, d.d., Ljubljana hereby publishes a translation of the Audited Annual Report of the Sava Re Group and Sava Re, d.d. for 2016.

Attached hereto is a non-official English language translation of the full Audited Annual Report of the Sava Re Group and Sava Re, d.d. for 2016.

On 6 April 2017, the Company published the Audited Annual Report of the Sava Re Group and Sava Re, d.d. for 2016 in Slovenian and an English language translation of the Audited Financial Statements with Notes of the Sava Re Group 2016.

This announcement will be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
