Regarding the document: Solvency and Financial Condition Report of Sava Re, d.d. 2016

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d., Ljubljana and the Market in Financial Instruments Act, Sava Re, d.d., Dunajska 56, 1000 Ljubljana hereby announces the following:

In accordance with the requirements of the Slovenian and EU insurance legislation, Sava Re, d.d. published, on 22 May 2017, the Solvency and Financial Condition Report of Sava Re, d.d. 2016 (hereinafter: Sava Re SFCR).

Sava Re, d.d. hereby publishes a corrected version of the document. Corrections have been made to sections A.3 and A.4 (pp. 19–22), specifically to the figures for investment income, expenses and the net investment income. The correction has no effect on either the capital adequacy or the solvency ratio of Sava Re, d.d.

The corrected document Sava Re SFCR is attached.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
