Announcement of Change Entered in Register of Companies

Pursuant to the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange, d.d. Ljubljana and applicable legislation, Sava Re, d.d. Ljubljana announces the following:

On 24 August 2017, Sava Re, d.d. received, from its notary, a decision of the Ljubljana District Court on the entry of changes to the data maintained by the register of companies, decision no. Srg 2017/33087 dated 23/08/2017.

Pursuant to this decision, changes were made in the register of companies effective as of 16 August 2017: Mateja Lovšin Herič was entered as chair of the supervisory board of Sava Re, d.d. and Keith William Morris as deputy chair of the supervisory board of Sava Re, d.d.

This announcement will also be available on the Company’s website at www.sava-re.si, at least five years from the date of the announcement.
