Two weeks prior to publication of each quarterly financial report, Sava Reinsurance Company observes the rules for silent periods. During the silent period, the Company will neither give information on the financial position of the Company nor arrange meetings with representatives of the media, investors or analysts.

Periodic announcements and other price-sensitive information will be published through the website of the Ljubljana stock exchange, via the LSE SEO-net electronic information system (www.ljse.si/) and through the Company's website (www.sava-re.si). In case of any changes in anticipated announcement dates or events, the Company will give due notice thereof through its website.
